We all need to post more "good" news these days. Thanks for this good news of yours. And once Chester is rested, make him tell you where he was and why the heck he left in the first place! (Darn cat!)

I'm so happy to hear that the Lord answered your son's prayer! It's a terrible feeling to have a pet go missing. When you think of all the dangers, the bad weather, and the predators out there, it's quite a miracle that Chester is back safe and sound. Sure hope it doesn't happen again!

Mama Pea-Chester's not talking, but I think I can track him through the snow next time he goes out.
Brenda-God is so good, isn't He? It's a good testimony for my son. - March 4, 2012 at 7:41 PM

Hello Hello I am alive and well but miss you terribly. I finally am getting to reading your blog and a few others but yours first~~
Our winter has been a strange one at times even verging on bizarre. So mild it was like spring in winter. Not much snow. In January it suddenly went to fifty below zero. That was harsh but we were praising the LORD there was no wind with it. We have had a lot of wolf packs but so far they are not bothering our animals just making a lot of racket which can really get to one after days of them moaning and waling nonstop but then they slip off over the mountains for a bit and give us a break. the moose population doesn't seem to be much compared to last year. Now we are getting a lot of snow but the temps are in the high 20's even up to 32F Feels very mild unless the wind is blowing hard.
I love your scarf you made it is wonderful. I have been making afghans from yarn given to me~~ very little of it is real wool~~but the grandbabies love their afghans anyhow.
Love the answered prayer about Chester the cat. That is great. Someday I will have to write the story of our cat from some years ago called Grizwold. In the meantime my dear friend I am thankful that the storms of tornadoes are not hitting you ~~sorry about all the folks it is affecting though. We have heard a few sad stories from the south. :(
If you have my email address send me an email and yours as I think I accidently rubbed it out cleaning up and ridding my inbox of the over abundance of emails OOPS! Love your friend Roxanne yours - March 4, 2012 at 9:48 PM

Roxane,
It's so good to hear from you. I no longer have your e-mail, but will ask Teresa for it. She has mine also.
The wolves are hungry around here. They can't catch the deer as well without any snow. We have snow now!!:)
The mild temps are returning here and I'm itching to put things out in a cold frame. Too early, though.
Stop by when you can. I'll keep in touch.
Much love,

Glad to hear the good news! Sometimes our cats go on adventures, and I get worried if they are even gone for a few hours. I cannot imagine days!

Prairie Cat-He has a lot of room to roam out here. Glad to say he's been behaving himself since.
