One of many books available at Back 40.
I don't know how many of you have a weakness for books, especially homesteading ones, but it's a major problem of mine. There are sites out there full of these books and I just visited the Back 40 Books site. I ordered a homeschooling math book for my son called "Arithmetic in Agriculture". It comes with a teachers' book and is for 8th grade and up. I'm so excited. This is the kind of practical knowledge that we need here on the farm and it's an old book, kept in print by the Amish.

So good to hear from you.We have snow again this morning too. I hope it isn't too slippery out there as I go off to work early this morning. That math book sounds like a fun math book almost makes me wish I was homeschooling again. But no it is alright I love having everyone grown up too and love love having grandchildren and more on the way. Well the dogs are talking to our guest and it is early morning just after 6 and I have to get ready to go to work.
I would love to see some postings of your children too and you that was some of our grown up children I have to figure out how to post them again as they won't all post properly on this blog. Have a wonderful day girl! God Bless Roxanne
Would Arithmetic in Agriculture be for 8th grade and up, like up to 50...ish. It sounds like a neat book for all to have on their bookshelf. Thanks for the links. Blessin's my friend.
