Okay, it's June 8th. I think this is the very earliest I have ever found ripe, wild strawberries. Yep, this afternoon I was able to pick half a handful. Up here in Northern Minnesota strawberries are the first berries to get ripe, but not usually in early June.
How wierd is that??
Must be all this global warming.

I'm in southern Ontario, I we have wild strawberries in our backyard and over at our neighbour's too. The weather sure is unpredictable these days!

They sure are early. We have flowers blooming now that don't usually bloom until July. I wonder if the other berries will be early?
